I am a graphic designer and visual effects artist based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. On this site you will find selected work from my design portfolio and some other information about me. Here is the lowdown: I’ve been freelancing as a graphic designer for many films (some features, mostly television) for the last 8 years. I live in Canada now, but recently lived in the southern US (South Carolina, specifically) to work towards my MFA, a masters of Fine Arts from the Digital Production Arts program in Clemson University’s School of Computing. The Digital Production Arts program’s focus on visual effects and animation is a perfect fit for my combined interests in art and computing. While living in the USA, I enjoyed creating web-based interfaces and working with content management systems while working at the South Carolina Center of Excellence for Instructional Technology Training. I have also done quite a bit of database development mostly with FileMaker Pro, some Access and some recreational mucking around with PHP/MySQL. Some of my database work includes creating customized collections databases and shipping databases for The Winnipeg Art Gallery and a grant administration database for The Winnipeg Arts Council.

As it happens, my graphic design and visual effects services are currently available for hire, so please feel free to drop me a line if you are looking for a creative visual solution for your project.

I am also a member of the International Alliance of Theatrical and Motion Picture Technicians (IATSE) Local 856.

Here is my CV (updated February 2009) for those so inclined:
